Wilderness Adventure Education Trust

Background.

The Wilderness Adventure Education Trust (WAET) provides sustainable training and development to young Previously Disadvantaged Individuals.
The Trust deed was authored to comply with the requirements of the BEE Codes of Good Practise, making it a qualifying Socio Economic and Enterprise Development beneficiary.
WAET Projects: The Trusts presents 4 primary programs. These are:
• Adventure Education
• Adventure Leaders
• Wilderness leadership
• Enterprise Development
The first 3 are Socio Economic Development programs, whilst the last is an Enterprise Development program.
The Trust also presents various events as fundraisers during the year. These events also provide marketing opportunities for our sponsors.
WAET Profile: The Wilderness Adventure Education trust is registered with the Master of the High Court as an Inter Vivos trust.
The trustees are leaders in their respective fields of expertise, proving business, leadership and environmental guidance to the trust.
